Establishing a Trustworthy Foundation since
2000
Twins Windows Cleaning LLC the owners Hugo and Omar was established after a long time of struggle. We are two dedicated Twins who proudly come from Mexico City. Coming to America in the early 2000’s was a dream for us. We had to go through many obstacles and barriers trying to prevent us from accomplishing and manifesting The American Dream, that everyone talked so vividly. Leaving our family in Mexico we made our way up here. Already having friends in NC we decided to settle in this beautiful state. Talk about starting from the bottom, working multiple jobs daily to just provide us with the minimal to survive. Our commute was mainly on foot working to 3am taking a couple hours to walk back home. sleep for 3 more hours than back to the hustle. We always cohered by each others side and never gave up. Through our journey we were able to meet who is now our previous boss. His company dealt with Power-washing, Gutter Cleaning and of course Window Cleaning. At first we were treated with respect, he treated us like family giving us bonuses and somewhat good pay. But all of that suddenly changed we noticed that he was getting wealthier and wealthier and we were getting over worked and consumed of stress. Having almost 15 jobs daily to accomplish no matter what time we get out we had to get them done. We lasted like this for more than 18 years. Our words felt mute because of our legal status, scared to be reported and than later pay the price by deportation we stayed quite. We finally had enough when we saw his true colors. One of us was working on our citizenship thank god it was granted. During this time our mother got really sick diagnosed with stage 2 diabetes it was eating away her kidney almost to complete failure. I asked for time off and some money in advance to help with her operation. It was denied immediately. After that we both quit instantly. Already doing couple side jobs on the side that was able to pay for her surgery while i was in Mexico attending her since my brother was not allowed to visit because of his legal status.
She was able to survive two more years after that. Until her artificial bag broke slowly infecting her body with in. Her death devoured my brother Omar. Coulnt’t go visit nor see her in person for more than 20 years. That didn’t stop him from accomplishing the big dream. We worked so hard to established a foundation. Since almost every job we did with our previous boss we had the satisfaction working 1 on 1 with his clients. Allowing us to have ultimate trust of his customers. When they found out we left and started our own company many followed. They wanted The Twins. Our demographic was mainly Governors Club in Chapel hill. Because its such a small, but really influential community word to mouth was a big part of our success. Every body wants The Twins till this day. Our motto has been “Do it big, Do it well or go home” A big part of our job is doing it efficiently but most importantly being careful with such a care because at the end of the day a house/building is a very big investment to the owners. We value how hard they have worked for it so being safe allows us to properly get the work done. Word to mouth about our service has been really positive allowing us to start branching to different locations within the triangle and working with really big building companies and realtors. We Look forward working with our costumers and creating new professional relationship. Trust is a very big part of our work because we tend to work within personal boundaries allowing us in your homes. Our work is 99.9% guaranteed if you are not satisfied we are not either if that means going to do the job again we will 100% do that.
