Will start cleaning your windows simultaneously inside and outside . By working both sides of the home at the same time this allows us to be in and out of your home in the minimal amount of time. Our process for washing your windows is the same. Will also take the liberty in taking off your screens. We will either dry scrub or wet mop your screens depending on what is needed to give us our desired result. The screens are then installed right after we finish with that individual window. Installing the screens right back prevents them from getting damaged.
First, we will wet the entire window using a soft washer and our own mixture of window washing solution. The solution we use will leave your windows not only clean, but will protect the glass until your next cleaning.
After wetting the window will proceed by removing things like bugs, tree sap, paint over spray, etc. very carefully with a razor sharp scraper. This method is only to be used if needed as well as type of glass. This process is very important to get a sparkling window and one that many inferior services do not offer. This technique has to be handled by the professionals as it can scratch or damage the window if its not handled properly. We also use steel wool pads rating (0000). Its super fine grit type allows us to remove light particles without damaging the glass.
After your window has been cleaned with the scraper it is time to wet it again.
Once the window has been scrubbed with the washer again it is time to wipe the edges with a 100% cotton towel so it is ready to squeegee.
Now it is time to squeegee the window, we do this starting from the top of the window and working towards the base.
Once the window has been cleaned with a squeegee it is time to wipe any remaining solution from around the edges of the glass using a 100% cotton towel once again.
Finally we will wipe down all your sills.
We will finish our process by walking around your home and making sure all windows are 100% clean, Don’t worry about your furniture, its put immediately after the window is clean. Into their original location leaving your home just as we found it, but only better with clean windows!!!
